2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t. vanilla



TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 package of crescent rolls on bottom of 9 x 13" greased pan. Beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Place on top of crescent rolls. Roll out 2nd package of cresent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Beat egg white and spread on top of dough. Mix 1/4 c. sugar & 1/2 t. cinnamon and sprinkle over top of the egg white. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
