1 quart fresh peaches peeled and sliced
1 pre-baked pie shell
c. sugar
c. mashed peaches (blender)
2 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel peaches, sprinkle with a small amount of sugar to keep from turning dark and set aside. Blend enough peaches to measure 1/2 cup and combine with the other ingredients and cook together until thick on the stove. Stir constantly. Cool
Pour over sliced peaches and place in a baked pie shell. Chill before serving. Top with whipped cream.
