1 lb dry apricots
1 1/2 c sugar
3 T. melted butter
1 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put apricots in a pot and just barely cover with water and cook till done.
Drain off any excess water
Add remaining ingredients and stir well, till mushy.
Use this in Kolaches or Rolls with Refrigerator Sweet Dough.
Roll out about 1 1/4 lb. dough, butter dough, spread some apricot filling and roll up, putting seam side down. Make slits in the top of the roll for steam to escape. Butter roll and let rise a little and bake at 375 till golden brown.
