3 lb. Rice
3 lb. Giblets
3 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 bunch green onion
1 c. oil
3 onion, chopped
soup base

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice to pkg. directions. Fry onion, celery and peppers in oil. Boil giblets extra, covered with water, ( add some onion, peppers and celery to this also). When giblets are done, remove giblets and veggies from broth and chop in small pieces (or use food processor on pulse till chopped). Mix giblets, cooked rice and vegetables together. Add as much juice from the giblets as needed and add soup base to taste.
