4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pound feta cheese, crumbled
4 eggs
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. chopped dill
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg. filo dough sheets
1 small onion, minced
melted butter for coating filo

Directions:

Place 9 sheets filo dough (brushed with melted butter) in lasagna pan. Spread sheets with above ingredients well-mixed. Cover with remaining filo dough, brushing with butter until all is used Tuck under sides of pan and seal. Brush with butter. Chill until firm. Cut through top layers of filo to mark servings. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If desired, 1/2 pound ground lamb cooked with 1/4 tsp. rosemary and drained may be layered on spinach mixture before adding top crust.
