1 c. mashed potatoes prepared with butter and milk
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
2 c. cooked, chopped beef pot roast
1/2 c. diced onion, sauteed until tender
2 c. cooked vegetables; carrots, peas, mushrooms
1 can mushroom gravy
1 can pork gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except potatoes. Pour meat mixture in ungreased 3 quart casserole. Mix parsley and thyme with the mashed potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Smooth potatoes over meat mixture.to cover top of casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. May be frozen.
