4 oz (1/2 c.) fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
5 oz. (small can) evaporated skim milk
4 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
5 oz. fructose sweetener
12 packets Equal sweetener
1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Directions:
Heat lime juice. Add gelatin. Allow gelatin to dissolve completely. Cool mixture. Combine next five ingredients with lime juice. Do not overmix, as air bubbles will be created. Pour into crust. Chill at least 4 hours
