1 chicken washed and cut into pieces or the equivalent
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chichen
(1 can cream of celery can be substituted)
1 1/2 cups rice
seasoning to taste
1 can milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rice, soups, milk and seasoning in a bowl and pour in a large crock pot. Lay chicken pieces on the top (it is okay if they sink in) and season to taste. Put in crock pot on low for all day or high for 3 - 4 hours. This can also be done in a 9X13 pan in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes at 350 or until chicken and rice are done.
