6 c cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 c chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1 c sour cream
8 oz herb stuffing mix
1/2 c margarine
chopped almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken to a boil and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Mix chicken, onion, soup, 1 cup of broth and sour cream together. Melt margarine in pan and coat 1/2 stuffing mix in 9x13 pan. Put mixture of chicken on top of this and top with remaining stuffing mix. Spoon 1/2 cup broth on top. (Optional: Top with chopped almonds) Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
