1/4 c flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/3 c plus 1 T. milk
1 egg beaten
2 T. melted Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake at 450 till done
20-25 minutes

This must be baked in a small 6 inch cast iron skillet or small loaf pan.

Grease and heat the skillet prior to baking.
