1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup instant powdered non fat dry milk
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, nonfat milk powder, butter, and water in pan. Bring to a boil, stir, and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until fully melted. Add oats and vanilla. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool before storing or serving.
