1-1/2 pounds veal
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Have veal pounded thin. Dip slices in flour, shaking off excess. Heat butter in large skillet. Add veal, and brown on both sides over high heat. Add salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes. Shake skillet, add lemon juice and parsley and cook one minute longer. Arrange veal slices on platter and spoon sauce over.
