4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
15oz. box Raisin Bran
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & add milk, flour, sugar, soda & salt. Mix well , add oil then bran. Allow bran to set for 24 hours in mixture. Keep refrigerated. Will keep up to 6 weeks.

Bake @ 350 for 30 min.

I like this one because you can make a few muffins every morning or a batch at the beginning of the week and have a fresh hot muffin all the time. Be careful though, don't eat too many.
