1 lb. all-beef wieners or cocktail -size wieners,
1 cup catsup,
3/4 cup bourbon,
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the wieners into bite-size pieces, about 8 pieces to regular size wiener. Set aside. Mix together the catsup, bourbon, and brown sugar in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add wieners. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until hot. Serve wieners in chafing dish and provide toothpicks for guests to spear them.
