1/2 to 3/4 lb. lean hamburger 1 lg. can S&W crushed tomatoes, preferably Italian seasoned 2 cans tomato sauce or tomato paste (or 1 of each) 1 can S&W diced tomatoes Italian seasoning Garlic
Season hamburger with salt and pepper and brown in a large pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Add Italian seasoning and garlic to taste. Simmer about 15 minutes. Great for baked mostacelli and left-over spaghetti casserole (see recipes) and any other pasta dishes.
