1 lb ground beef
Olive oil
1 habanero pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic
60 oz. canned black beens
15 oz. canned corn
1 can Coors Light
28 oz. canned chopped tomatoes
4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Knorr chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 gallon sot, sauté habanero pepper, red onion and garlic in olive oil. Put hamburger in same pot and brown; drain grease when cooked. Add the remaining ingredients using all liquid from beans, corn and tomatoes. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Simmer on low heat until ready to eat. Makes just over one gallon.
