2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon, mixed
1 pkg (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Blend first 9 ingredients in large bowl until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan/ Sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar and cinnamon mixture and 1/2 the chocolate chips. Repeat with remaining batter, sugar mixture and chips. Bate at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
