1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 potatoes, sliced
2 - 3 medium-sized carrots, sliced
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 onion, sliced
2 ribs celery, chopped
10 3/4-oz. can tomato soup
soup can of water
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
3/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Season with salt & pepper. Layer vegetables in crock pot in order given. Sprinkle lemon pepper and Mrs. Dash as you make the different layers. Place ground beef on top of celery. Mix tomato soup w/ water. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high for 3 -5 hours.
