8 cups cubed potatoes
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1/4 cup onions (or to taste)
Jalapeņos (if desired, to taste)
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes and sausage in large skillet. Fry until almost cooked (about 20 minutes). Add all remaining ingredients; cook covered about 5 minutes.
Once fully cooked, it is ready to serve.
