1 pkg (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cup black olives, chopped (optional)
1 pkg pre-sliced lunch meat (of your choice)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (of your choice)
1 pkg (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup chopped green onions, celery, pepperocinis or pickles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and green onions (if used). Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle your other above mentioned options (celery or peppers) and cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Then place 2 or 3 slices of lunch meat trying to cover most of the tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and then wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.
