1¼ c. almond flour
¼ tsp. salt
¼ c. honey
¼ c. coconut oil, melted (refined for no flavor, virgin for coconut taste)
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla, and then pour into the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll into inch sized balls and place on a plate or lined cookie sheet. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
