Ingredients:  
1/2 lb macaroni
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup ground beef, raw

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender and drain. Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven, 325 for 30-45 minutes. Serve with Creole sauce or brown gravy with currant jelly dissolved in it.
NOTE: Salmon or tuna may be used in place of meat, also spaghetti may be used in place of macaroni.
