4 whole boneless chicken breasts
Lime juice
1 tomato, diced
4 green onions, sliced
1 red onion, diced
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp
3 Cheese Blend cheese, grated
Cilantro
Mango, if available

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken using your favorite seasonings and marinade. Grill until almost done and chicken is still very juicy. Squeeze lime juice onto chicken. Place in casserole dish and top with tomatoes, onions, cilantro and mango. Top with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until cheese is nicely melted.
