1-1/2 cups flour

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup each packed brown sugar and granulated sugar

1egg

1/4 cup Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam

Heat oven to 375°F

Mix flour, cocoa, and baking soda in medium bowl until blended. Beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well until combined

Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Make an indentation in the centre of each cookie using the rounded end of a wooden spoon. Fill the centre with 1/2 tsp. jam.

Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely
