2/3 Cup Butter/Margarine
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup All Purpose Gluten Free Flour (Prefer Kinnikinnick brand)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Milk
1-1/2 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1 Cup Mini Reese's Pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F

1. lightly grease cookie sheet or use parchment paper.
2. Beat margarine/butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in bowl until fluffy.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. Stir together GF flour, baking soda and salt, add alternately milk to the sugar mixture.
5. Stir in GF oats and mini Reese's pieces.
6. Drop small balls onto cookie sheet.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet.
Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Enjoy!
