8 slices of bread
16 oz. italian breakfast sausage
3 cups cheddar cheese
6 eggs
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up bread into a 9x13 pan. Brown & brain sausage & crumble over bread.

Beat eggs with milk & pour evenly in pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover with foil & refrigerate over night.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

After you make it once you may want to increase certain ingredients and decrease others. This recipe came from an old boss at the hospital I use to work at.
