1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple (11/12 oz.), drained
5 slices bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine margarine and sugar-mixing well
Add eggs one at a time beating a little after each one
Add can of crushed pineapple (remember to drain first)
Fold in 5 slices bread (cubed)
Bake in greased casserole dish for one hour

We usually double this recipe since we make it at holiday/special dinners. Also, some of my family likes it warm right out of the oven. I like to scoop out my serving and stick in the fridge for a little bit (makes it taste more like a dessert).
