9 in. pie crust (Grandma Carries is best)
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach (well drained)
1/2 - 1 cup feta cheese
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach & cheese.

Spread into pie crust. Mix other ingredients together & pour over spinach mixture.

Bake @ 350 for 45 min. or until knife in center comes out clean.
