12 green peppers, chopped very finely
12 red peppers, chopped very finely
3 onions, chopped very finely
2 cups vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 heaping tbsp. mustard powder
1 tbsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Put peppers & onions in stock pot & cover with boiling water. Let stand 10 min., drain. Cover again with water & bring to a boil. Drain

Add remaining ingredients in another stock pot and cook for 30 - 60 min.

Pour into clean jelly jars & seal in hot water bath for 5-10 min.

This is great on brats, burgers & hot dogs. I got this recipe from my mother-in-law, who let's nothing in the garden go to waste.
