2 lbs. frozen hash browns. thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. S&P
2 tbsp. diced onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups velveeta cheese cubed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Bake @ 350 for 45-60 min. Stir several times while cooking.

This is a must have at our Thanksgiving Dinners. I got the recipe from a friend of mine and after the first time I made it, it's requested every year.
