1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks & milk, then add to dry ingredients. Add oil & whipped egg whites.

Pout a full 1/2 cup of batter into waffle iron.
