2 medium tomatoes 1 cucumber 1/2 c. sun flower seeds 2 oz. (one bunch) of sonen noodles (japanese wheat noodles) dressing 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar 2 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
Peel and seed cucumber & tomatoes and place in a bowl. Add sunflower seeds. Break noodles into 2 inch. pieces and cook in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and chill under running cold water. Drain noodles and add noodles and dressing to bowl. Mix and chill lfor several hours.
