4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
2 medium onions - 1c. thinly sliced
2 T. oleo or butter
2 T. flour
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini & onion in small amount of boiling water till tender. In a small saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, salt & pepper. Add milk all at once stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Combine sauce with cooked vegetables. Place in a 10 x 6 x 1-1/2 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes
