11 oz. ground ham
5 or 6 oz. ground pork
3 oz. milk
13 saltine crackers, crushed
1 jumbo egg
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. crumbled marjoram
dash of pepper
Sauce: 1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1-1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. water

Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients and shape into walnut-sized balls; place in shallow 8x8 baking pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours. Stir to turn meatballs each half hour. Sauce may be re-used for more meatballs or made ahead and frozen. Recipe makes about 30 meatballs.
