1 c + 2T all-purpose flour
½ t baking soda
½ t salt
½ c (one stick) butter, softened
¼ c +2T granulated sugar
¼ c +2T packed brown sugar
½ t vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in large stand mixer bowl until creamy. (2-3 minutes)
Add egg
Add vanilla. Beat well.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Enjoy.
