1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 beaten eggs 1/4 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups Oatmeal 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Stir flour sifted with salt and soda, raisins and nuts, and oatmeal. Drop by teapoons onto cookie sheet. Bake until edge is slightly browned. Remove form cookie sheet.
