2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Separate egg whites from the yolks. Beat whites until stiff. Mix yolk's and flour, baking powder add milk just enough to make not really thick and not runny. Fold the egg whites in with the yolks. Dip bread and cook on hot grill.
