1/2 tsp. baking powder
water
**additional flour - adjust as you mix

Directions:
Add flour and eggs. Add an egg shell of water for every egg, then add salt and baking powder. **Keep adding flour (generally it is one scant cup flour for each egg) and mix with a fork until stiff.

Noodles can be rolled out on floured surface and then dried slightly before cutting into desired length.
This recipe can be used in a pasta making machine too. Use the rolling feature once and mix a little more flour and then roll again before cutting into smaller segments and put through the cutting feature.

Grandma Pace gave me this recipe. I use it to make noodles for soup.
