8 slices Gouda Cheese
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
8 slices of raisin bread
8 teapoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apple slice and slice of gouda cheese in between 2 slices
bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Heat 1 teaspoon of the butter in a skillet and when melted, add
the sadwich. Cook until cheese melted and turn until golden
brown. Repeat with each sandwich.
