11 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 cups + 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2¼ tsp. baking powder
2¾ cups all-purpose flour
3 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9" x 13" pan
2) Melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar
3) Stir in the salt and vanilla. Let the mixture cool slightly, then beat in the eggs
4) Add baking powder and flour, stirring to combine
5) Stir in chocolate chips
6) Scoop the batter into the pan, spreading it to the edges
7) Bake for 30 minutes, until they've risen and the top is golden brown
8) Let the bars cool completely before cutting
