1 pound of frozen spinach
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons garlic
1 cup cream
1 cup parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach according to package directions. Squeeze
out excess moisture. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over
medium high heat. Add onions and saute. Add the spinach;
cover and cook ust until hot. Add parmesean cheese. Add
Cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir until hot and melted.
Serve.
