1 cup raw minute rice
2 Tbsp butter
1 small chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1 can Cr. of Mushroom soup
1 cup Velveeta, cubed
1 cup frozen broccoli pieces
Boneless chicken chunks, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and heat to just warm.
Place in casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.

May top with crushed Ritz crackers.
