1/4 cup basil leaves
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Puree basil, garlic and cheese. Gradually add oil. Pour over hot pasta.

May blend in butter, parsley, pinenuts or walnuts.

Parmesan cheese may be substituted for Romano for a milder taste.
