2 lbs. ground beef (w/ minced onion optional)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 12oz. pkg taco chips, crushed
2 8z. pkgs. shredded cheese
2 8oz. bottles taco sauce
Lettuce, shredded
Tomatoes, diced
Sour cream, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef w/ taco seasoning. Layer crushed taco ships, beef, 1 pkg. cheese, 1 taco sauce.
Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
Then, layer with cheese, taco sauce, lettuce and tomatoes, pouring remaining taco sauce over top.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
*If using sour cream, take casserole out after 10 minutes. Dollop sour cream on top and bake for remaining 5 minutes.
