1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
dash red pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Tomato soup
Spaghetti
Parm. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in oil until golden. Add meat and seasonings. Brown lightly. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add soups. Cover, simmer 45 minutes.

This is the Victor family traditional Christmas Eve meal, after which each person has a red apple ornament with their name on it, to place on the Christmas tree.
