2 lg. cans Mexican-style red beans
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. bead molasses
1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
Ground beef
onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped

Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper.
Add remaining ingredients, simmer.

Serve on buns, top with Monterey Jack cheese.

Aunt Carol "created" this recipe one summer while we were in Aurora visiting. I THINK that I helped, but it turned out delicious, never-the-less! My first introduction to "cumin", and one of my favorite recipes...and memories of our summer visits.
