32 oz. whipped cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 lb. sweet butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375
All ingredients at room temperature before baking. Grease spring form pan (9&1/2" round, 3&1/2" deep) with butter or margarine. In very large bowl, combine all ingredients, except eggs. Beat lightly until blended. Add eggs one at a time & beat until nice & creamy. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Do not remove pan until cool. Refrigerate. Best results, make a day ahead.
