2 Cups and 4 Tablespoons of flour
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 cup butter softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
*optional* 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt into small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla into large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to drop dough onto ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, remove from sheet pan and place onto wire rack until completely cooled. ENJOY!!!!!
