3 C. Bisquick
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 - 4 oz. can green chilies, diced
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bisquick and sausage. Add remaining ingredients and blend mixture. Make into balls the size of walnuts.

Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375º preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
