1 cup shortening
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Mix and chill for an hour.

Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. (This recipe will keep shape, but not super well.)

Bake at 400º for 5-6 minutes. Cookies should not be brown.
